Apple Picking Season

Apple picking season is as special for us as it is for our customers. We love the excitement and energy visitors bring with them, ready to start a new season and savor the flavors of fall. ⠀

Everything we do on our farm began as an experiment at some point. We never dreamed that we would have such a vast variety of apples when we planted our first apple trees about thirty years ago. There was a lot of trial and error as we learned about which varieties grow best here and what customers like. Now the apples we grow cover nearly the entire flavor spectrum and ripening schedule. That means some are ready to pick as early as mid-August and others aren’t ready until late September. While the orchards themselves are beautiful, even more so are the family traditions they have created, the memories, and the community.⠀

Sometimes, when things get busy, we forget to stop and appreciate what has grown around us. We're not taking anything for granted this year and are deeply grateful for everything that continues to thrive. That includes our staff, customers, and the entire community around us.
